The Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Borden, Borden, Ontario requires
Hotel Accommodations within 50 km of CFB Borden in Simcoe
County, Ontario with easy access to major travel routes. The
intended date is from June 3 - 11.

Accommodation required by date is as follows:

i) June 3, 2012 - 5 June 2012 - 6 single rooms, 20 parking
spots required per day;
ii) June 6, 2012 - June 7, 2012 - 20 single rooms, 20 parking
spots required per day;
iii) June 8, 2012 - June 10, 2012 - 100 single rooms with an
option for up to 50 additional single rooms/night from June 8,
2012 to June 10, 2012. Canada may exercise a portion or all of
the option, however, only the portion used can be invoiced. 60
parking spots required per day;
iv) June 11, 2012 - 27 single rooms, 30 parking spot required.

All hotel rooms must be located in the same hotel or co-located
within a perimeter of 500 square meters. Accommodation must be
equipped with private bathroom, television, telephone, high
speed Internet connection, allows for late check-in and
check-out, and pre-registration & rooming list capability. The
facility must include a conference room capable of holding a
minimum of 60 people seated in rows. Catering services must be
provided for the morning from June 8, 2012 to June 10, 2012.
There must be fitness facilities onsite including pool and hot
tub area. Laundry services/facilities and dining facilities are
required and will be paid out of pocket by the guests and are
not a part of the bidding process. Parking must be available.

Delivery Date: 09/06/2012

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
