Nature of Procurement: To contract with Wabash Manufacturing to provide the removal of tank from an older chassis and install of tank onto a new chassis and recertification
Justification: Wabash Manufacturing was the original manufacturer of the existing rig up and has been providing recertification of the tank on a bi-annual basis. Delays from Covid cause an extremely late arrival of the chassis. Due to Wabash Manufacturing familiarity with the asset they were able to provide the expedited service for install, inspect, repair ,update and recertification of the tank .
