This Notice of Award is for the extension of an existing contract, which was procured under RFP number 2021-002, issued on May 11, 2021, and closed May 27, 2021. Upon closing, a full evaluation process was completed and eScribe was issued the contract on July 16, 2021.
In line with procurement exception processes detailed in NWPTA and CFTA, whereby the publicly the extension of our agreement by one (1) year to ensure business continuity until the Financial System Modernization (FSM) program is in place and a competitive RFx process can be undertaken in 2027.
This one-year contract extension adds $35,444.61 to the total contract value.
