RFP Scope:
The internal learning function at FCC offers a very wide spectrum of learning programs for FCC's employees. These learning programs play a critical role in enabling FCC's employees to perform successfully in their roles. As part of an overall learning strategy, FCC is shifting its focus to measuring the effectiveness of its learning programs.
FCC is seeking a vendor with demonstrated expertise in implementing enterprise learning measurement solutions, to assist in the design of a robust learning measurement framework and process that will meet the following objectives:
Enable FCC to measure the effectiveness of individual learning programs with respect to improving employee performance and business outcomes
Enable FCC to develop a measurement framework for our learning program as a whole
Utilize supporting tools that can be deployed using FCC's HRMS (Workday)

FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
