SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STEEL UTILITY POLES

Invitation:
The City of Penticton invites Qualified Suppliers to submit quotes on this Request For Quote (“RFQ”) for Pad and Pole Transformers as detailed in this Part A, and in accordance with the Standard Specifications provided in this RFQ. Delivery is required to City Yards, located at 616 Okanagan Ave. East, Penticton, BC V2A 3K6.
Bid Submission:
The Proposal together with all other attachments as identified in the RFQ “Submission of Proposals”, to be uploaded to the City’s procurement portal at https://penticton.bonfirehub.ca/portal The City of Penticton reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of any submission/proposal, and to accept the submission/Proposal in total or in part, or to accept the submission/Proposal which it deems most favourable in the interest of the City of Penticton.
2025 RFQ Timetable:
Closing Date and Time: October 5th, 2025 @ 2:00 PM
The RFQ timetable is tentative only and may be changed by the City at any time.
Bids received after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
