Opportunity Description
Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Penticton invites submissions for the supply and installation of a package lift station (the “Goods and Services”), located at the Penticton Yacht Club on Okanagan Lake. This work includes the demolition and disposal of the existing lift station, supply and installation of a new package lift station, testing and commissioning, and training of City staff. The City requires Substantial Completion by November 30, 2026.
Bid Submission:
The Proposal together with all other submission documents as identified in the RFP’s Part D: Submission Forms, should be uploaded to the City’s procurement portal at https://penticton.bonfirehub.ca/portal.

Non-mandatory Pre-bid Site Meeting Location: 293 Marina Way, Penticton, BC (Penticton Yacht Club)
Deadline for Questions: September 24, 2026 at 4:00 pm local time
Closing Date and Time: October 2, 2026 at 2:00 pm local time
