DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
Monitoring of Health Portfolio Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The services of the contractor will be required from Contract award date until March 31, 2016 and one (1) year option period (April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017).
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%)
To be declared responsive, a bid must:
(a) comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation;
(b) meet all the mandatory evaluation criteria; and
(c) obtain the required minimum number of points specified in the point
rated technical criteria.
(d) the total cost must not exceed $300,000.00 for the initial contract period and $100,000.00 for the Option Period including all taxes
