This Request for Supply Arrangement ("RFSA") is an opportunity for any interested suppliers to submit an arrangement in order to become qualified supplier and to be authorized to provide services on an "as and when requested" basis.

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to establish Supply Arrangements (SA) for the domestic requirements of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) services of various capabilities across Canada, "as and when requested" by participating Federal Government Departments and Agencies or Crown Corporations, herein referred to as "Identified Users".

To assist Identified Users in acquiring frequently ordered, commercially available, Remotely Piloted Aircraft System Services, PSPC is soliciting arrangements from interested suppliers, and will manage the prices, rates and services of all suppliers who submit responsive arrangements. Financial information will be protected as client departments request services.

The services are divided into categories, called Streams that provide a level of specialised work depending on the specific requirement requested at solicitation stage. Please take note that while the streams may be labelled using general scenarios, they may also be used for other purposes on condition that the project objective is mutually acceptable to the client and service provider and that the capabilities of the referenced stream is not modified. No deviations to the solution provided by the supplier for respective streams will be accepted.
