The National Research Council (NRC) has a requirement for the supply of a Component Content Management System (CCMS) supporting Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA), as part of an initiative to digitalize the lifecycle management of the National Model Construction Codes, National Master Specification and related technical/users guides.
The CCMS must integrate with Oxygen XML Author or Editor, both the web and desktop editions, and must be a standalone application that is not a module of or otherwise dependent on the implementation of other applications or platforms (e.g. Digital Asset Management, Enterprise Content Management).
