The Department of National Defence is seeking to establish a contract to satisfy its requirement for professional services [Senior Learning Advisor (Level 3)] to assist in the establishment of a Management System to support Learning, Training and Professional Development quality and quantity control activities for its Materiel Group. This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for approximately one (1) year, from date of Contract to 30 April 2019 (estimated), plus two (2) one (1)-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract. The delivery point is in the National Capital Region. Please note that this bid solicitation is not issued against any supply arrangement.
