2. Summary
By means of the RFP, NRCan is seeking proposals from Bidders to create an Adobe Captivate (9 or higher) compliant LMS hosting service to deploy the English and French SDHT on-line training modules to an external audience of professional heavy-duty truck drivers across Canada and the United States.
