REQUIREMENT: The Department of National Defence’s Transportation section at CFB Esquimalt requires both a cellular and a satellite-based tracking and communications system in order to provide real time vehicle tracking and two way communications, providing drivers with better safety and security. The scope of work includes supply, delivery and installation of Global Positioning System (GPS) hardware components for 30 DND vehicles.

DELIVERY / PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT: The systems is preferred to be received on or before 31 March 2017 at Victoria, BC. Contractor to state best delivery offered. The period of the service contract will be for 3 years, with an option to extend by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the (North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
