REQUIREMENT: The DRAO (Dominion Astrophysical Radio Observatory part of the National Research Council Canada) has a need for a photogrammetry system for the accurate measurement of radio telescope reflector surfaces. Detailed specifications are included in the solicitation documents.
Mandatory: All deliverables must be received on or before 29 March 2019. However, bidders also requested to provide their best delivery date in weeks ARO.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.
DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
