The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement
for one (1) sewage treatment system with an option for one (1)
additional sewage system rated for treatment of black and grey
water for a crew of up to 80 people for the CCGS Des
Groseilliers, including providing an on-site technichian for the
start-up of the system in Quebec and on-site training of the
crew in accordance with the Annex "A" - Requirement.
The sewage treatment system is required by 31 July, 2014.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
