The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
supply and installation of one (1) self supporting retractable
enclosure system with fire rated wall panels to a height of 7
feet minimum and the remaining walls and ceiling must be
transparent.
The system must include the following:
(A) Complete freestanding sliding enclosure;
(B) Air cleaning system;
(C) Floor mounted tracks or rails to allow unit to slide open or
closed; and
(D) Man-door located in gable wall end.
Installation must be performed between the hours of 8:00 am and
4:30 pm (PST) from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian
Statutory Holidays.
All the deliverables must be received on or before November 30,
2012.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the
request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of
receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The
