Requirement:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires the supply and delivery of 3 autonomous acoustic recorders to measure acoustic emissions by whales and impact of anthropic noise on marine mammals.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
