The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
following 100kN Tensile Testing Machine, in accordance with
Annex A - Statement of Requirement of the Request for Proposal,
to be delivered to Gatineau, Quebec by 31 March 2014.

This requirement includes one (1) Instron Model 1125 Tensile
Testing Machine as a trade-in.
