The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC)'s Department of Physics and Space Science in Kingston Ontario, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 1 Metal Evaporator & Sputter Coater. Delivery is required on or before March 29th, 2019.
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Some of the mandatory technical specifications of the Metal Evaporator & Sputter Coater include, but are not limited to:
1. The same system must have thermal and carbon evaporation and sputter coating;
2. Must use low-temperature enhanced-plasma magnetron sputtering with noble or oxidizing metals; and
3. Must have turbomolecular pump that has a minimum of 70 L/s vacuum rate;
The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
