The Department of National Defence, CFB Borden, Borden Ontario requires the supply and delivery of one ?Trailer Mounted Vacuum Excavation System? and all associated equipment to CFB Borden. This will be used to provide clean up productivity on any mid-sized potholing, soft excavation or cleanup tasks which includes jobsite debris cleanup of all types of spills.
To be considered responsive, a bid must meet all of the following Mandatory Technical Criteria. Bids not meeting all of the mandatory requirements will be given no further consideration. Failure to meet any of the mandatory criteria identified in Annex ?A? Requirement will render your submission non-responsive and it will be given no further consideration.
For each specification listed in Annex ?A?, the bidder must include a reference to supporting technical documents included with their bid, such as literature, brochures and/or specifications for their proposed equipment, where it is clearly demonstrated that their proposed equipment meets the specification.
If any of the equipment specification is missing from the supporting technical documentation, then the Bidder must provide a narrative to demonstrate how the equipment meets that particular specification.
