Supercritical Fluid Extraction System

The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) plans to purchase
a complete, semi-automated supercritical fluid extraction (SFE)
system, including system controller, pumping systems for two
fluids, cooling and heating heat exchanger, and an
interchangeable high pressure extraction vessel. The instrument
is required to develop applications for nanomaterials as aerogel
thermal insulations. For example, supercritical CO2 extraction
is required to prepare organic and inorganic aerogels.

The work consists of the supply and delivery of the system at
the NRC address by March 31st, 2014. Installation of the system
and training on system use to be provided within six to eight (6
to 8) weeks of delivery.

Requirement.

This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides
procurement services to the public in both official languages.
