Health Canada has a requirement for the supply, training,
software upgrades, and manuals for one (1) Handheld FTR System.
The Handheld FTR System will be used to identify unknown
chemical substances and polymers.
Delivery will be made to Health Canada, Ottawa, Ontario and must
be received on or before March 31, 2014.
The Handheld FTR System must meet all the mandatory technical
requirements stated in the RFP as attached in Annex A.
