OBJECTIVE: The objective is to procure a modular and reconfigurable Close Quarter Battle Modular System for the Naval Tactical Operations Group (NTOG). Supply and Delivery: one (1) reconfigurable, complete, single storey, two-thousand (2000) square foot CQB System delivered to Canadian Forces Base in Victoria, BC).
FIRM REQUIREMENT: The Contractor must deliver one (1) complete CQB System no later than 31 March 2019.
OPTIONAL GOODS: Catwalks, second story, and spare parts.
TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
