Live video is also streamed to E-Comm who in turn is able to provide the perpetrator(s) descriptions to the first responders. A bait car’s progress is monitored by E-Comm staff and the stolen vehicles can be automatically disabled by E-Comm when sufficient police personnel are present to apprehend suspect(s) or the vehicle is being driven dangerously, in a dangerous manner, or at a high rateof speed.
