Full description

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) for the provision of Arctic Clothing Systems. The requirement is for Arctic Clothing Systems for the Navy; in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The intent of this bid solicitation is to result in the award for up to three (3) contracts, which will be chosen based off their rank in descending order of combined rating of technical merit and price. Each bidder will be allowed to submit up to two (2) systems for consideration.
The requirement is limited to Canadian services.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
