The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) National Forensic Laboratory Services (NFLS) - Biology Services has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) on an "as and when" requested basis to provide Human-Specific DNA Quantification Systems (kits) in accordance with the requirement detailed in Annex "A". Delivery will be made to the RCMP National Laboratory Services locations as detailed in Annex "C"
The period of the Standing Offer will be for three (3) years from date of issuance.
The requirement also includes an irrevocable option to extend the period of Standing Offer up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions and at the same prices specified in the Standing Offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
