Transport Canada Innovation Centre (TC-IC)’s Quiet Vessel Initiative (QVI) seeks to promote the studies and development of Underwater Radiated Noise (URN) mitigating technologies and devices. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is focused on the understanding, development, and application of wake-modification devices and/or propulsion improving devices (PID). Anticipated contract start date of September 6th, 2022 and all projects must be completed by March 31, 2024.
