a) The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
supply and delivery of fifty (50) folding tables.
(b) Delivery is required by March 15, 2013
There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
This requirement is covered under the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT),
Canada-Peru FTA/Canada - Columbia FTA, The Comprehensive Land
Claims Agreements (CLCA) are not applicable since the services
will not be performed within CLCA areas.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
