The primary objective is to provide strategic planning, facilitation, note taking, report writing, and logistical arrangements for four bilingual regional roundtables between February and March 2018 in New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia. The intent is to bring together and engage people living with dementia and those who care for them in advance of the National Dementia Conference (May 2018). In addition, the purpose of these services is to host and faciliate a discussion among and between participants to (1) ensure participants have an opportunity to express their views on an equal basis with others; and (2) ensure participants’ expressed views and opinions are concisely and accurately captured.
