The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) requires the supply and delivery of one (1) tabletop x-ray film digitizer. This equipment will enable the laboratory to digitize x-ray films efficiently, improving workflow, accessibility, long-term digital archiving, sharing, and application for advanced damage detection using a machine-learning approach. The digitizer must be capable to meet ISO 14096 DS (digital storage) class requirement which allow digital archiving of film with an insignificant reduction of signal-to-noise-ratio and spatial resolution.
