Nature of Requirements:
Title: Mats - Rental and Exchange
To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the
rental and exchange of various non-slip, moisture absorbent
floor mats, in various sizes, on an "as and when requested"
basis for the Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces
Base (CFB), North Bay, ON buildings.
The period of the resulting Standing Offer will be from the date
of issuance to 31 October 2014, with a right to request an
extension by 3, 1-year periods under the same terms and
conditions.
The call-ups for rental and exchange of mats will be done mostly
in inclement weather i.e. November to March of each year on a
weekly basis.
Only 1 Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this Request
for Standing Offer.
Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the
Offeror visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on
December 03, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. at 22 Wing, Building No. 15, 15
Manston Crescent, CFB North Bay, ON. Offerors are requested to
communicate with the Contracting Authority 5 day(s) before the
scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of
the person(s) who will attend.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
