Description of Work:
Health Canada has a requirement for one (1) Business Analyst at the Business Transformation Architect Level two (experience level) for the Regulatory Business Lines Project to support the collection of quality information in a consistent model as well as to propose changes to the supporting information management systems. We have had a business analysis of our interactions with one regulatory business line. We require the same analysis done for other business lines and a report prepared on any recommendations to add or alter our current information management systems to facilitate or increase these interactions.
CPSP’s Information & Data Management Unit is proposing an operational plan work item to analyse these interactions in terms of record keeping and business process. This analysis activity is a prerequisite to establishing a multi-year IM/IT plan for the CPSP.
