This bid solicitation is being issued on behalf of the
Department of National Defence (DND) to obtain informatics
professional services under the Task Based Informatics
Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement. The services
of the following categories of resources at senior level are
required to provide Threat Risk Assessment, IT Security R&D and
IT Security Engineering support for the IT systems:
· IT Security TRA and C&A Analyst;
· IT Security Engineering; and
· IT Security R&D Specialist

This solicitation is open to the following TBIPS Supply
Arrangement holders and the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents
are available on the Government Electronic Tendering Service
(GETS) hosted by buyandsell:

SECURITY REQUIREMENT: The Offeror personnel requiring access to
CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must be

screening at the level of TOP SECRET SIGINT, processed by
Canadian Industrial Security Directorate and granted by
Communications Security Establishment.
