The Department of National Defence's Project Management Office
Light Weight Towed Howitzer (PMO LWTH) is an integral part of
Directorate Armament Sustainment Program Management (DASPM) and
requires the services of one (1) Senior Technician. The Senior
Technician will support the implementation and fielding through
Director Land Command System Program Management (DLCSPM) of the
Gun Line Communication System (GLCS), which allows the M777
Howitzer to transfer and receive Data communications through the
Enhanced Position Location Reporting System (EPLRS). The Senior
Technician will also assist in integrated logistics support
activities related to the GLCS implementation and will also
support software development by liaising with the Land Software
Engineering Center (LSEC). The Senior Technician shall
participate in the configuration and requirements management of
the Project Management Office (PMO).

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for a period
of 1 year with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the
Contract by up to 2 additional one year periods.
