Full description

Proponents are invited to submit a Response to this Pre-Qualification Request (PQR) in order to pre-qualify and subsequently compete for the provision of Application Services, which is comprised of application maintenance services (AMS), application development services (ADS), and associated professional and technical services delivered through a managed service delivery approach, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set out in this PQR. The Province will pre-qualify Contractors in the following: (a) technical domains: Cloud, Internet of Things, Mainframe, Mobility, Data Analytics/Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation (RPA); and (b) Business domains: Education, Finance, Government and Healthcare. This PQR is not intended to pre-qualify Proponents solely for contingent labour or resource based engagements. Professional and technical services, if required, will only be solicited in conjunction with and in support of AMS or ADS. Proponents submitting a Response to this PQR must be able to demonstrate experience as a company in the delivery of Application Services as specified in Section 3.3 (Size of Contractor) below. Qualifying for an Application Master Services Agreement (AMSA) permits a Contractor to submit a response to a Statements of Work to complete Application Services for the Province. The Province expects to issue Statements of Work (SOW), each of which will result in the Province and a Contractor executing a Supplementary Services Agreement (SSA) to meet business requirements for Application Services. Each SSA executed under the provisions of AMSA shall be effective for the period set out in the SSA, and the terms and conditions of AMSA in place as of the date the SSA was executed will apply and remain in full force and effect until the expiry or early termination of the SSA.
