The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has a requirement for two (2) Special Advisors-Senior, one (1) Special Advisor – Intermediate and one (1) Program Administration – Senior. These resources are required to support the temporary workload increase of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada’s (DFATD), Bureau of Project Delivery and Professional & Technical Services (AWD) of the International Platform Branch (ACM) due to the creation of the Program/Project Management Office (PPMO) and the adoption of an expanded mandate.
The International Platform Branch manages a diverse international real estate portfolio and delivers real property services to support DFATD and Government of Canada program objectives through the provision of safe, secure, productive, environmentally sustainable and affordable workplaces.
The Project Delivery and Professional and Technical Services Bureau (AWD) in Gatineau, Quebec requires these resources to support AWD with the implementation of a Program and Project Management Office (PPMO) supporting strategic and tactical initiatives related to the bureau and business process improvements/standardization via the PPMO to help drive more efficient delivery of projects.
