The summary of work consists of repairs and upgrades to the existing one-storey washroom building (constructed in 1960), including investigation, assessment, and rehabilitation of the building envelope and interior finishes. The work also includes conversion of the existing gender-specific washrooms into private, fully accessible, gender-neutral universal washrooms designed for year-round use. The successful Bidder will provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, permits, temporary facilities, and construction services required to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
