This nRFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for General Contracting Services for 4610 Finch Ave. E Senior Services and Long Term Care SSLTC). The project comprises a 12 storey Long Term Care (LTC) facility designed to provide 378 beds for residents, with integrated provisions for supportive services, administrative spaces, and mandatory infection prevention and control (IPAC) features. It also includes space allocated to the Toronto Paramedic Services (TPS), including 2 Emergency Medical Care (EMC) vehicle bays, and administrative areas.
