This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for Processing Services to disassemble up to 3,700 tonnes of Mattresses annually and recover component parts for recycling with City Haulage (Alternate Bid 1) or with Supplier Haulage Services (Alternate Bid 2), as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the “Deliverables”).
