NICOTENE PATCHES

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the establishment of a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO)
for the supply of nicotene patches. The patches are to be
provided on an as-and-when requested basis and delivered to
various bases across Canada.

Requirement is for a period of two (2) years from the date of
issuance the Standing Offer to March 31, 2016 inclusive with two
(2) additional one (1) year option periods.

Any resulting contract(s) will include the Option to extend the
period of the contract for two additional one-year periods.

The nicotine patches are to be provided in the following
strengths:
7mg
14mg
21mg

Product Dating of no less than 12 months is required.

The patches must have a valid Drug Identification Number (DIN)
by Health Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
