The PWGSC Vancouver office provides procurement services to the
public in English.
Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of CORCAN,
Correctional Services Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the
supply and delivery of cotton/polyester fabric in accordance to
the following specifications.
Fabric (sheeting), 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester, Percale, 200
thread count
Colour: White (Pantone 11-0601 Bright White)
Width: 109" - 115", NOT folded
Maximum of 2 joints on one roll
Fabric must be rolled onto a tube without any folding. For
example: 109" fabric width folded in half and rolled onto a 57"
tube is not acceptable.
Fabric roll must have a minimum of 90 metres length and a
maximum of 110 metres length per each roll.
There is no requirement to submit samples with the bid, however
the delivered product must meet the requirement.
Security
There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
Delivery
All deliverables must be received within 60 days after contract
award date, but not prior to April 7th, 2014.
Trade Agreements
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA),
Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and the Canada-Colombia
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA).
