Nature of Requirements:
1-Requirement:
This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN Industries-Correctional Service Canada for the supply of fabric (end use: blankets).
The estimated quantity is 16,000 metres per year.
2-Technical Requirements:
The items must meet the technical requirements specified at Annexes "A" of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).
3-Period of Standing Offer
The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods.
4-Delivery:
Delivery must be completed in accordance with the terms specified in the Standing Offer.
Items are to be delivered in Quebec to the following locations: Drummondville and Laval.
5-Tendering Procedure and Basis of Selection:
- Canadian Content Policy: this requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. If two (2) + bids offer Canadian goods, other bids will not be considered.
