Requirement:
This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional
Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN for the supply of
fabric, tubular knit, jersey and fabric, single knit, neck bands
to be delivered to CORCAN, Port-Cartier Institution,
Port-Cartier, Quebec. The Standing Offer will be valid from the
date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1)
year with the possibility to extend for two (2) additional
one-year period.
Item 1: Fabric, Tubular Knit, Jersey (white and royal blue) to
be manufactured in accordance with:
- The fabric must meet the Canadian General Standards Board
(CGSB) standards 4.2 detailed in the Request for Standing Offer.
- Tubular knit; single knit 20/1, 50% polyester / 50% brushed
cotton, 180 g/m2 (5.3 oz/yd2);
- The tube widths must be within 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) of the
required measurements;
- The jersey knit must be the same royal Blue and white as the
neck band (collar). The two
items must be dyed together to obtain colour consistence;
- The fabric must be packaged in rolls and must be delivered on
pallets, wrapped in two plastic bags identified with the lot
number, fabric width and number of meters per roll;
Item 2: Fabric, Single Knit, Neck Bands (white and royal blue)
to be manufactured in accordance with:
- The fabric must meet the Canadian General Standards Board
(CGSB) standards 4.2 detailed in the Request For Standing Offer;
- Neck band width: 7.65 cm (3 inch). 1 x 1 rib 50% cotton/50%
polyester, 180 g/m2 (5.3 oz/yd2);
- The neck band must the same royal blue and white as the jersey
knit. The two items must be
dyed together to obtain colour consistence;
- The neck band must be packaged in rolls and must be delivered
in boxes on pallets identified with the lot number, the width
and number of meters per roll.
