Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

To supply a Schulte XH-1500 Series 4 Mower/Rotary cutter for Environment Canada, Canadian Wildlife Service, Last Mountain Lake National Wildlife Area, Simpson, SK, in accordance with the Specifications detailed in Annex A. Delivery is requested by December 31, 2020.
Background:
Environment Canada’s current tractor/mower setup is on a Schulte FLX-1510 Flex-Arm which enables Environment Canada to mow the road ditches with the tractor staying on the road surface, to greatly reduce the risk of tipping.
The mower deck must be compatible with the existing Schulte FLX-1510 Flex-Arm. Only Schulte mowers are compatible with the Flex-Arm.
