To provide Grass Cutting services at CFB Borden for the Department of National Defence. A Contract will be issued for one year from the date of Contract Award, with four one-year option periods.
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on Tuesday May 1, 2018 at 10:30am at CFB Borden, 16 Ramilies Road, Borden ON, Bldg P-154. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2 business days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the site visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant.
