Due to the ongoing and evolving COVID-19 outbreak, The Bid Receiving Unit for the Quebec Region remains open, but with limited hours : Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm (eastern time). The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. As such, measures are being taken on site to encourage social distancing.
We strongly encourage suppliers to submit their bids electronically using E-post connect application. Instructions for using E-post are included in the solicitation document.
