This phase of the project is to construct an infiltration dry pond to be used over the duration of the project to dewater the excavations during the utility replacement. The scope involves access road construction, tree removal, excavation, construction of the dry pond complete with geotextile and 40mm washed rock according to the drawings, including a perimeter berm and fencing.
