The intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit Proposals from qualified building and construction firms/contractors for the design and construction of the Town of Claresholm Museum Exhibit and Storage in two separate phases (the “Project”):
Phase 1: Pre-construction services for the project. This includes development of a conceptual plan (drawings and perspectives) and the preparation of an opinion of probable costs. This phase will define the requirements of the project (function/programming, etc.), budget and schedule. This deliverable to be completed August 28, 2026.
Included in the RFP package is a conceptual drawing. This drawing will be used for reference only.
Phase 2: Upon funding being successfully obtained by the Town the construction drawings and construction phase will begin. This deliverable to begin spring 2028 with a completion date of October 27, 2028.
