Town of High Level - Request for Proposal - Town of High Level - Building Climate Adaptation and Asset Management Capacity

The Town of High Level is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to undertake a climate adaptation planning project funded through the Federation of Canadian Municipalities' Local Leadership for Climate Adaptation (LLCA) program. The successful proponent will complete a Climate Adaptation Strategy and provide recommendations for integrating climate adaptation considerations into the Town's Asset Management Strategy. The project includes asset and natural asset review, climate risk and vulnerability assessment, community engagement, adaptation planning, and implementation recommendations. Scope of work requirements are outlined in Sections 2.1 through 2.7, with deliverables summarized in Section 3.1. Submission requirements are identified in Section 4.
