The Town of Okotoks is seeking Proposals for a commercial off-the-shelf, Enterprise Resource Planning System. The Town is also seeking system implementation services, ongoing ERP System support services and other ancillary services.
The scope of work to be provided by the successful Proponent can generally be described in two main deliverables which are detailed further below.
1. Provision of ERP Solution - the software system(s)
2. Provision of ERP Implementation services including:
a. Implementation Planning, Work Plan, Schedule, and Resourcing
b. Solution Architecture and Technical Design
c. Data Conversion, Migration, and Load Activities
d. Security, Privacy, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity
e. Testing and Validation Services
f. Training and Change Management
g. Deployment, Cutover, and Operational Transition Services
