Full description

The Town of Pincher Creek (the “Town”) invites Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified proponents interested in undertaking the design, supply, installation, integration, commissioning, and completion of a water treatment plant filter upgrade using a progressive design-build delivery model.

The Town intends to shortlist qualified proponents based on their relevant experience, technical capabilities, proposed project team, filter manufacturer/supplier qualifications, and ability to deliver the project through an integrated design-build approach.

Shortlisted proponents will subsequently be invited to participate in a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) process.
